Oral Testosterone Undecanoate is taken in a dosage of 160mg daily for 7 weeks. Oral Winstrol is taken at 50mg daily for the same number of weeks. PCT is started the following week using Tamoxifen (Nolvadex) at 40mg daily for 4 weeks to restore natural testosterone production and preserve the gains received from the cycle.

Side effects

Negative effects from the use of this cycle will be minimal. Obviously, by taking synthetic testosterone, there will be some suppression of natural testosterone production. Post-cycle therapy will restore this in 4 weeks. Side effects of Winstrol include drying of the joints and ligaments, which may cause soreness and pain in these areas. Without adding any injectable steroids like NPP to the cycle for extra lubrication, this side effect can be minimized by ensuring you incorporate enough sodium in your diet to retain enough water to avoid pain.
